Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, B2B.repair is not the repair provider, logistics provider, insurer, guarantor or direct service contractor for individual repair jobs.
What we do
Provide the platform, workflows, dashboards, request tools, directory structure and visibility features.
What we do not automatically do
Guarantee vendor performance, guarantee completion, or become a party to vendor service contracts by default.
User responsibilities
You agree to use the platform lawfully, professionally and in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit or publish.
- Requests must describe the issue and scope as accurately as reasonably possible.
- Listings, profiles and claims must not be misleading or deceptive.
- You must not impersonate any person or organization.
- You remain responsible for your own procurement, compliance and internal approvals.
Listings and profiles
Users may create business listings, profiles, service descriptions, logos, images and related content. You are responsible for ensuring that such content is accurate, lawful and non-infringing.
We may standardize, categorize, review, decline or remove listing content where necessary for platform integrity, clarity, compliance or user protection.
Requests, bids and communications
The platform may allow companies to create requests and allow labs or other parties to submit bids, estimates, timelines, assumptions or availability information.
Any bid, timeline, quotation, estimate or message is the responsibility of the party that submitted it. B2B.repair does not independently verify every user statement and does not guarantee a response to every request.
A match, response or listing does not constitute a warranty, certification or guarantee of performance, lead time, legal compliance, merchantability or final outcome.
Fees and commercial terms
Some services may be free, while others may be subject to subscription fees, lead fees, enterprise fees or separate commercial terms.
- Applicable pricing will be described in the relevant plan, agreement, invoice or order form.
- Late or failed payments may result in restricted access or account suspension.
- Taxes, duties or third-party costs may apply depending on your use case.
Acceptable use restrictions
- No scraping, harvesting or unauthorized automated extraction except where permitted.
- No reverse engineering, probing or unauthorized security testing.

Intellectual property
The platform, including software, interfaces, branding, design, database structure and related materials, is owned by or licensed to B2B.repair unless stated otherwise.
You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, adapt and use that content as necessary to operate, improve and secure the platform.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, separate data processing terms. You are responsible for ensuring that data you upload may lawfully be shared and processed through the platform.
Availability and product changes
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, although we aim to operate the service with reasonable care.
Disclaimers
